Kingston PCT and Richmond & Twickenham PCT both appointed us to help in setting up new HQ accommodation. The roots of these new organisations were intertwined within the same body – Kingston & Richmond Health Authority.

We worked with our colleagues at Cochrane McGregor to analyse and define the accommodation needs of both PCTs, then planned and programmed the series of moves required.

Project Results:

Having one source of support for the two new organisations proved highly beneficial, especially in terms of effective communication and efficient implementation. With staff swapping places and with furniture and filing being divided up between two locations, there was much potential for confusion. Thanks to a controlled programme of phased staff moves, closely managed by us, the whole process was completed on time and on target.
