About the Role

  • Work closely with the install and relocations manager to manage projects
  • Responsible for the management of the construction and installation plans, drawings and elevations, architectural and furniture symbols, interpreting product specifications and descriptions, basic finishes, colours, and fabrics
  • Provide detailed job completion status and labour reporting to the branch management team
  • Ability to motivate teams of individuals with a genuine focus on quality of installation and relocation work
  • Hold pre-start meetings to ascertain the length of the build and translate the customer requirement to the team including the project installation design, measure up for plot readiness, ensure materials and fitters are on site and that they have all the right materials and safety equipment to complete the job in a safe manner.
  • Liaise with clients to ensure client needs are consistently reviewed and projects
    completed on time
  • Provide overall site management in terms of workflow, priorities, modifications to plans and schedules.
  • Lead all staff in the Corporate Moves culture and embrace our values of being people orientated, bold, innovative, collaborative, and ambitious

 

About You

  • You are mechanically adept and knows how to safely use tools & equipment
  • Understand basic installation processes i.e. unloading, loading, staging, unpacking, component/furniture assembly, clean-up, removing debris
  • Capable of reading plans and efficient in the assembly of office furniture
  • Driving license preferred
  • Have good verbal and written communication skills
  • Physical strength and stamina required to lift and move furniture, boxes and equipment
