Aker Solutions required a professional service partner to carry out their Move Management and Relocation requirements for their migration to the new D2 Facility in Dyce. Aker Solutions had 1600no personnel to relocate which involved implementing a tight Move Programme to accommodate the relocation project. The project was carried out over 8 weekends with around 200 employees moving at each stage and including a full IT solution for the phased programme.
